Please note, at present, our program does not support bank transfers against earned points. For E-Vouchers redeemed via the program, delivery is remarkably fast, typically within 48 hours. Physical gifts, may take 21–25 working days for delivery, depending on the specific pin code. The program centre ensures gifts arrive safely, though it is strongly recommended that you immediately open and thoroughly inspect the gift to avoid any issues. Any product damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product via official mail, accompanied by clear images of the broken product. Claims for damages not reported within this 24-hour window cannot be entertained.

No, handwritten invoices are not accepted in the Waaree Prime+ Program. Only digitally generated invoices are valid for submission. However, if you need to make changes, you can modify your invoice before it has been approved or rejected by the backend system. Furthermore, if your invoice was rejected due to incorrect details, you are permitted to re-upload it with the corrected information for re-evaluation.
